Salāmat ‘Alī Ṭabīb ibn Muḥammad ‘Ajīb al-Benārsī, Maṭāli‘ al-hind

[Preliminary Entry] The Maṭāli‘ al-hind was written in 1223/1808-09 by Salāmat ‘Alī Ṭabīb ibn Muḥammad ‘Ajīb al-Benārsī, a scholar of Benares. It is a brief compendium of philosophical, mathematical and astronomical topics arranged in five chapters (maṭla), including one on music.
